Electricity cut in all Syrian provinces

The Syrian electrical grid is down across the entire country for unknown reasons according to the state media.

 

State media reported that teams were on the ground in all provinces trying to determine the cause of the electrical cut.

 

Residents have already reported only having electricity for up to two hours  a day with many residents having no electricity at all.

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights added that power had been cut in the “vast majority of governorates”.

 

According to the Syrian Telecommunications Company, Internet services partially came to a halted on Thursday “as a result of sudden damage to one of the network hubs”.
